Motcombe Gardens

 Motcombe Gardens is set in the middle of Old Town and is based around the source of the Bourne Stream from which Eastbourne got its name. Motcombe Gardens was originally a farmyard and where the Bourne rises was the old duck pond. The ducks are still there today and these pretty, well-tended gardens are now based around the pond. There is also a well kept bowling green.
