Two for one on beer festival tickets TICKETS for Eastbourne Beer Festival's Thursday session have been slashed to two for the price of one as the Friday session sells out. Eastbourne Beer Festival returns to the Winter Garden from October 9-11 and festival fans can now get two tickets for the price of one for the Thursday evening, saving 4.50. With Friday's session completely sold out already, organisers EastbourneADVERTISEMENTBorough Council is encouraging beer fans to book for Thursday with the chance to sample more than 100 real ales including the local Beachy Head Original Ale before anyone else. Eastbourne Borough Council spokesperson for tourism Councillor Steve Wallis said, "It is brilliant news that Friday's session has sold out already and testament to what a popular event the Eastbourne Beer Festival has become. "For those that missed out on booking their tickets early, there is a great two for one offer for Thursday and with the chance to sample all the ales before any sell out, the opening night promises to be the best yet with entertainment and pub grub on offer too." Last year, Beachy Head Brewery's new addition to the festival, Beachy Head Original Ale, sold out in just three hours with more casks rapidly drafted in. Beer enthusiasts can look forward to sampling the likes of Beachy Head's Legless Rambler, Wolf's Granny Wouldn't Like It and Wyre Valley's Piddle in the Cold at this year's Festival. There are still tickets available for the Saturday sessions too with a double dose of drinking sessions on Saturday, including an afternoon for families, plus the evening session. Tickets are available to buy online now from www.visiteastbourne.com, the Tourist Information Centre and from Eastbourne Box Office on 412000. To get the two for one offer on Thursday tickets, quote '2-4-1 beer festival' when booking. |
