Henry Allingham meets Red Arrows THE RED Arrows met World War I veteran Henry Allingham at Airbourne after wowing the crowds with their spectacular display. Henry, who at 112 is Europe's oldest man, had been invited to watch the display from the VIP area as a special guest. He is the last surviving member of the Royal Naval Air Service and the last surviving founder member of the Royal Air Force. The Arrows, who flew back to the seafront show by helicoper after landing their jets, chatted to Henry and posed for photos with him. They also signed autographs for members of the public |
